Q: Which port do you ship from?
A: Our main shipping ports are Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port in China. Both ports are major international deep-water ports with abundant shipping line resources to all over the world, stable vessel schedule and mature customs clearance service. Ningbo port is close to our factory, which can save inland transportation cost and shorten trucking time from factory to port. Shanghai port has more shipping line options, more vessel choices especially for bulk container shipment. We can select the port according to customer’s destination country, vessel schedule and freight cost. If customer has special requirement for departure port, we can also arrange shipment from other Chinese ports after checking inland transport cost. Our logistics team is familiar with export customs declaration procedure at Ningbo and Shanghai port, can handle customs declaration efficiently and reduce customs clearance risk. We can arrange trucking from our factory to port warehouse, finish customs declaration and container loading. After shipment, we will send bill of lading and all export documents to you in time.
