If you have existing old compressor sample, sending physical sample is the most efficient way, our engineers can disassemble sample, measure dimensions, analyze internal structure and material, then make copy or optimized redesign. If you have CAD engineering drawings, please provide 2D or 3D drawing with full dimension tolerance, material requirement, voltage, cooling capacity, refrigerant type and working condition description. If you do not have drawings or samples, you can fill in our technical requirement sheet, including target cooling capacity, working temperature range, voltage, refrigerant type, installation dimension limit and special requirement such as anti-corrosion or low noise. After receiving your information, our R&D team will carry out technical evaluation within 1–2 working days, check whether the design is feasible, calculate cost and lead time, then send you technical proposal and quotation. We will point out potential technical risk and optimization suggestion in our evaluation report. After you confirm the technical plan, we will make prototype sample for your test. All customized technical documents will be kept confidential in our system.
